This Merchant Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement made by and between NASEF AND PLAYVS, referred to individually and/or collectively hereafter as “we”, “us”, “our” or “NASEF and PLAYVS"; and YOU, in order for You to receive certain esports services, alternative education services, certification services, and other business services that may be offered by NASEF and PlayVS and its affiliates. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to Your use of the Services. If You do not understand any terms of this Agreement, please contact us before using the Services. You may not access or use any Services unless You agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
